See How FairShare Works

FairShare is the only platform that collects and enforces consent, links it to verified cross-platform activity, and turns it into shared economic value - for you and your audience.

02 - Insights

Actionable Insights, Built on Trust

With explicit user permission, FairShare observes real-time social and streaming activity across all contexts - not just your site or app - delivering real-time cross-platform insights that legacy tracking tools can't access.

03 - Reward

A Fair Exchange, Not Surveillance

Modern audiences know their data has value. FairShare rewards them for sharing it, creating loyal, trusting fans through a transparent value exchange built on consent, not tracking.

Your Questions Answered

Frequently Asked Questions

How is FairShare different from a consent management platform or customer data platform?

Most CMPs collect consent but don't enforce it; they record a checkbox, not a commitment. CDPs aggregate data but rely on fragmented, often inferred sources. FairShare does both, and goes further: consent is machine-enforced and attached to data at every stage, and the data itself comes from verified, cross-platform activity that users have explicitly agreed to share. The result is richer data, stronger compliance, and an audience that actually trusts you.

What platforms does FairShare connect to?

FairShare connects to 25+ social and streaming platforms including Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Apple Music, and more. Different information is collected from each platform, always with explicit user consent. See our full platform list for a complete breakdown of supported platforms and the data collected from each.

What are DataCreds?

DataCreds are FairShare's native utility token, directly tied to the US Dollar. Brands purchase DataCreds to pay for data storage and access. When they access user data, a portion of those DataCreds flow directly to the users whose data was accessed. Users can then redeem their DataCreds for rewards including giveaways, affiliate offers, and loyalty points. Because DataCreds are blockchain-powered, every transaction is verifiable and transparent for both sides.

How do user rewards work?

When users share their data through FairShare, they earn DataCreds: a utility token directly tied to the US Dollar. Users can exchange DataCreds for giveaways, affiliate offers, loyalty points, and more. Every reward is linked to valid, consented activity, so both brands and users always know exactly what was shared and what was earned.

Is FairShare compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations?

Yes. FairShare is built with compliance at its core, with built-in alignment with over 140 country’s privacy regulations including: GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, APPI, COPPA, and the UK Children's Code. Every consent activity creates a permanent, tamper-proof record, and machine-enforced workflows handle data retention and deletion automatically.
